Dear Devotees,

It has been a week since I left the Isle of Lewis ⛰️, yet the warmth of your welcome and the joy of our time together still fill my heart. These photos, as lovely as they are, can only capture a glimpse 👁👁 of the magic of those days and the laughter we shared. To every one of you who came to see the show— a big thank you - from the depths of my heart. Your spirit and enthusiasm made each moment feel extraordinary, and together, I believe we created something magical.

There are so many wonderful people that I would like to express my gratitude🙏 for their hospitality . I am grateful to Mo, whose thoughtful gifts added such a personal touch to my trip, and to Ralph, whose eye made me look like a wizard and captured these amazing moments that you see above. Last but not least, Izzy. My heartfelt thanks🫶 to you for being my tour guide for these couple of days and across the island’s hidden paths. Thank you for trusting me. Your generosity and friendship left a lasting mark, making this journey one of the brightest highlights of my year 🙌

Dear Devotees,

Once more, a splendid company of souls—gifted performers and noble beings—did unite, their purpose clear: to offer thee the sweetest pleasures of entertainment.

And, verily, they were extraordinary. Our revels were filled with joy. The burlesque dazzled with its allure, the comedy rang true with laughter, and the magic, well, it was... *passable*.

The magician? An ordinary fellow, perhaps, yet his flames did flicker bright enough to stir a smile or two.

Thus we part with fond remembrances, until our merriment finds us again.

But mark thy calendar, for on October’s 24th,
At 7 o’clock, in Brewdog on Lothian Road, we’ll set forth!

Dear Devotees,

When I first embarked upon this enchanting journey into the arcane world of magic, my path was illuminated by countless sources of wisdom. Among them, a particular beacon stood out—a humble YouTube channel, where fate guided me to a man whose very presence seemed to hum with mystique. His hair, tousled and falling across his brow, framed a face intent on conjuring wonders, and it was with a flick of a lighter that he first captivated my imagination.

That was the moment I first encountered the inimitable Jason. From that day forward, I found myself a devoted witness to his myriad exploits, each trick a testament to his artistry, each performance a glimpse into realms unseen. If fortune has smiled upon you, perhaps you, too, have glimpsed his marvels on your digital wanderings. And if destiny has been particularly kind, you may have even crossed paths with him in the flesh, as I once did.

It was in the ancient streets of Edinburgh, with the city’s stone façades whispering secrets of centuries past, that I chanced upon him—sitting serenely on a bench, gathering his thoughts before a show. Our eyes met, and in that instant, the world seemed to pause. He greeted me with a warm smile and, to my astonishment, asked if we might capture the moment with a photograph. The result of that serendipitous meeting is a cherished memory, etched not only in an image but in the heart of a true admirer.

Jason is a magician of the highest order and an entertainer whose charm knows no bounds.

Dear Devotees, What a wondrous Fringe this has be

Dear Devotees,

What a wondrous Fringe this has been, like a dream come to life. When I began this journey, I had no idea what to expect, only a deep desire to share my thoughts and magic with as many souls as possible. Thanks to the kind support of @thefreefringe, I was able to bring two shows to life this year, and in doing so, I’ve grown not just as a performer but as a person.

@mistermeredithluke , I’ll always be grateful for that message four years ago, asking if I still wanted to perform with PBH. I’m so glad I said yes! This year, I presented Abracadabra Family Friendly Magic Show at the lovely venue @CCbloomsbar and The Magic of Love at Burrito N Shake—two very different shows, yet both were embraced by wonderful audiences.
@Belleabash , your encouragement three years ago when it was just the two of us still resonates with me. You believed when no one else did, and I’m forever thankful. And @boodoesdrag , thank you for inviting me to your cabaret show at CC Blooms—you were absolutely radiant, my dear.

I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to @ckellyedits for believing in me and making others believe as well through your incredible documentary, "It's a kind of Magic." You are truly amazing, friend.

The Rude Cabaret was another highlight—thank you @Alex.mcnair.comedy , @Grantthegunn, and @RosieMayRiot for trusting me to share my magic with your audience. And @Jimi_jokk, thank you for the opportunity to perform in your cabaret shows. The moments we shared will stay with me always.

To @Donya47, @mcmahan_in_edinburg, @Thompson.sk, and all the wonderful folks at @playfair_jiu_jitsu who came to support the show, your presence made those moments some of the most cherished of my time at the Fringe. And to the new friends that I made this year @ashgutermuth , @theonlyadamb , and so many others, thank you for your companionship and for the joy of shared conversations.

Finally, to everyone who took time to see me perform: Thank you for staying, for laughing, and for supporting me in ways that keep magic alive. You have all been part of something truly special, and for that, I am forever grateful.

In the year of 2018, I dwelt in fair Milan, whereupon a grand poster did adorn one of the city's proud edifices. But lo, only days past, I was graced with the delight of meeting the very visage captured in that image above—a face now familiar, yet more wondrous in the flesh.

An artist of immense talent, who weaves together the threads of creativity, enchantment, choreography, music, shadowed silhouettes, and swift transformations, has now graced the stage. A performance that stirred my heart and summoned forth the innocent wonder of childhood once more.

For but a few fleeting days, this marvel lingers in the theatre in Edinburgh.

May peace and joy attend thee always.

I'M NOT SURE WHY, but folks seem to really let loo

I'M NOT SURE WHY, but folks seem to really let loose when we do this one trick on stage🤠.

They relax and just enjoy themselves. It's tough to connect with strangers, especially after you have known them for less than 5 minutes like me, but somehow, they trust me 🤯🤯.

It's strange how they go along with everything, even though they might have been nervous the whole time (they tell after the performance). But in the end, they're happy they joined in on stage 😁.

For me, magic isn't just about flashy tricks. It's a way to connect with people, to involve them, and to have a blast while doing it 😎.

That night was incredible, with amazing performers and an awesome audience 🙌👏!
